Welcome to ALX Tattoo Studio. By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, or receiving any service at our studio, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Age Requirements & Identification

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo, microblading, or body piercing service at ALX Tattoo Studio.
  • Valid Photo ID: A valid, government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card or Voter ID) is strictly required at the time of your appointment.
  • No Minors: We do not perform tattoos or piercings on individuals under 18 years of age, even with parental consent.

Appointments, Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your booking slot and allow our artists to begin working on your custom design.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full immediately after your session ends. We accept Cash, UPI, and Bank Transfers.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without losing your deposit. Rescheduling less than 48 hours before your slot will result in a forfeited deposit.
  • No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and future bookings will require full upfront payment.

Custom Artwork & Design Rights

  • Design Approvals: Stencils and custom artwork are reviewed and approved by you on the day of the appointment. Once you approve the placement and design, any changes requested mid-session or after completion may incur additional charges.
  • Intellectual Property: All custom designs drawn by ALX Tattoo Studio artists remain the intellectual property of ALX Tattoo Studio and may not be copied or reproduced by third parties.

Health, Medical & Safety Conditions

  • Health Disclosure: You must inform your artist prior to your session if you have any medical conditions, including but not limited to: heart conditions, diabetes, epilepsy, blood-borne illness, skin allergies, or if you are taking blood-thinning medications.
  • Pregnancy: We do not tattoo or pierce anyone who is pregnant or nursing.
  • Sobriety: We strictly reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances. Deposits will be forfeited in such cases.

Touch-Up Policy

  • Complimentary Touch-Ups: Original tattoos completed at ALX Tattoo Studio include one free touch-up within 30 days of your session, provided you followed our aftercare instructions correctly.
  • Exclusions: Hands, fingers, feet, and inner lip tattoos fade faster due to skin friction; touch-ups for these areas may carry a minimal service fee.
  • Neglect: Free touch-ups are void if fading or damage is caused by failure to follow proper aftercare (e.g., picking scabs, swimming, sun exposure during healing).

Hygiene & Studio Safety

  • Single-Use Standard: All needles, cartridges, and protective barriers are 100% single-use, opened fresh in front of you, and disposed of safely after your session.
  • Guest Policy: To maintain a clean and focused working space, you may bring a maximum of one friend to accompany you during your appointment.

Limitation of Liability

  • Aftercare Responsibility: Once you leave ALX Tattoo Studio, the healing process is your responsibility. ALX Tattoo Studio is not liable for infection, allergic reactions, or improper healing caused by poor hygiene or failure to follow given aftercare instructions.
  • No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of body art, cosmetic services, and hair loc installations, all payments made to ALX Tattoo Studio are non-refundable.

Studio Training Courses

  • Course Fees: Fees paid for Tattoo, Dreadlock, Microblading, or Piercing courses are non-refundable once classes commence.
  • Certification: Certificates of completion are issued only when a student completes all required practical hours, safety modules, and practical assessments to the satisfaction of the lead mentors.
